Mission:
- Secure livelihood and rights of poor, vulnerable & marginalized communities to facilitate creation of civilized, equitable, self-reliant and prosperous society through promotion of social cohesion, human rights, health & education awareness, scientific agriculture, environment clean, drinking water supply & sanitation and sustainable management of natural resources.
Goal :
- Our goal is to foster an equitable, peaceful, self-reliant, healthy, educated and prosperous society through the promotion of social cohesion, cooperation, human rights, child rights & protection, agriculture & environment promotion and sustainable management of natural resources. To secure the livelihood & rights of poor, vulnerable and marginalized communities.
Objectives:
- CARD Nepal, a nonprofit public interest organization, is dedicated to fostering sustainable growth and development in agriculture by addressing sector challenges and promoting economic and agricultural financing. We organizes educational programs and training for marginalized communities, including women, minorities, and disabled individuals, to enhance self-sufficiency. We emphasizes technical education and skill development for unemployment issues and implements programs for environmental improvement, pollution control, disaster management, clean water, and sanitation. It collaborates with various organizations to enhance education, child rights, child protection, child labour and child marriage mitigation, women empowerment and women rights, while also conducting human rights research. CARD Nepal promotes tourism, protects natural resources, and manages climate change impacts, and implements WSAH and sanitation programs. It also focuses on youth financial literacy, life skills, LGBTQ rights, and migrant and migrant’s family support.
