Objective : Empowering local farmers with knowledge & skills that promote business-oriented farming practices.

The aim of the program was to give knowledge and awareness to the local farmers for business-oriented farming instead of subsistence-oriented farming. Farmers learn tunnel system farming, sky bed nursery, cultivation of seasonal crops. This training helps the farmers to earn more when the supply in the market is low.

As the result of the training Farmers gain skills in modern agricultural practices that enhance their productivity and resilience against environmental challenges. The aware about the profit of unseasonal vegetable production.  The impact of the training can observed as improvement the livelihoods of individual farmers. It encourages sustainable agricultural practices that are both environmentally friendly and economically viable.
