Objectives : Trained the participants in sewing and cutting and support to income generation .

The program was designed to empower women by developing their skills in sewing and cutting. The training objective was to equip 21 women from Ganeshman Charnath Municipality Ward No. 11 with these valuable skills. Upon completion of the training, these women are now capable of earning money through tailoring businesses. They can also save money by repairing and sewing their own clothes, which reduces their expenses.

This training has had a significant impact on their lives, improving their lifestyle and increasing their earning potential. With their new skills, these women can contribute financially to their households, thereby elevating their overall economic status. Additionally, the training has indirect benefits on education and health. With increased income, these women can afford better educational opportunities for themselves and their families, and they can access improved healthcare services. Overall, the program has been instrumental in fostering women's empowerment and enhancing their quality of life.
